is a lakefront retreat located on Grand Lac Rond in Bouchette, Quebec. Designed for relaxation and comfort in every season, this peaceful getaway offers the perfect setting for families, couples, friends, or remote workers looking to reconnect with nature.

The Upper Level
A welcoming front entrance that opens into a bright, open-concept living space.
A primary bedroom with a king-size bed & walk-in closet.
A living room with a sofa bed, TV, and large windows framing breathtaking scenery of nature and the lake.
A luxury and spacious bathroom featuring a walk-in shower and double sink.
A modern kitchen, fully equipped and open to the dining and living areas, perfect for gatherings.
A sun room just off the main space with a dining table, ideal for enjoying meals surrounded by natural light.
The Lower Level
Two spacious bedrooms, each with queen-size beds (one with a walk-in closet) and the other with a stunning lake view.
A stylish and grand bathroom with a shower/tub combo and double sink.
A second living area with TV, electric fireplace, and expansive windows showcasing scenic lake views.
A walk-out access to the outdoors, bringing you right to the lakeside setting.

A Games & Fitness Area
A spacious 25′ x 30′ converted garage designed as a games and recreation room.
Entertainment includes a ping pong table, foosball table, golf mat, 3 in one game (bean bag and ring toss and tic tac toe)and TV.
Lounge seating with occasional chairs for relaxing.
Fitness space equipped with a Marcy home gym, chin-up bar, weight bench, treadmill, kettle balls, jump rope, and yoga mat. All can be used at your own risk.
The Outside Space
Lots of space to play badminton, croquet, mini golf, or a game of soccer. Or relax on the hammock or lounge chairs, while children can have fun on the swing set and mini trampoline, which are available at your own risk.
Enjoy the lake view and the private sandy beach area. Relax on the dock and enjoy the kayaks, river tubes, and paddle boat. Watch the sunset or make s’mores from the paved circular fire pit area.
Guest access
Guests have full access to the entire chalet and all its amenities, except the shed and locked storage. Enjoy the wrap-around balcony, paved circular fire pit, and a spacious games room with ping pong and foosball. Stay active in the gym space, or head outdoors to the dock, private sandy beach, 3 kayaks, and paddle boat. The large open yard is perfect for play, with croquet, badminton, and mini golf available for family fun.

Comfort & Essentials
Linens and towels are provided.
Black towels are provided for makeup removal.
Well water is drinkable and tested safe. Please do not put oil in the kitchen sink to avoid clogging.
Washer & dryer available (detergent provided).
Blow dryers, first aid kit, iron & ironing board included.
Septic system: please flush toilet paper only. Plastic bags are provided for sanitary products and diapers for guest convenience.
Kitchen & Appliances
Fully equipped kitchen with cutlery, dishes, pots, and pans.
Keurig coffee machine + pods provided, along with assorted teas.
Appliances: stove, fridge, microwave, dishwasher (detergent included), air fryer (instructions provided), rice cooker, toaster, kettle, & blender for smoothies, electric mixer, etc.
Electric fireplace for ambience — please unplug after each use.
House Use & Comfort
Heating and cooling are provided. Thermostats are preset for your comfort. The white remote in the living room is for cooling. Please turn off when you leave the property.

Outdoor & Property Rules
Parking: Free on the spacious asphalt driveway for registered guests.
Fire Pit: Use only designated wood. Fires must be fully extinguished before bed. Note: During provincial fire bans, the fire pit may not be used.
Boating: Life jackets provided (hooks to hang them on). The lake has shallow areas which is perfect for children and non-swimmers.
Beach Use: Private sandy beach for guests only. Please return sand toys to the sandbox after use.
Outdoor Furniture: Relax in 2 hammocks, lounge chairs, and Adirondack chairs.
BBQ: Available for use — please clean thoroughly after each use.
Entertainment & Rainy Day Fun
Games Room: Ping pong, foosball, gym space with Marcy home gym, treadmill, weights bench and weights, yoga mat and jump rope. The use of the gym equipment are at your own risk.
Family Games: Boggle, dominoes, scrabble, taboo, badminton, croquet, and bocce ball.
Indoor Fun: 1 DVD player,movies, stereo system, & guitar

Accessibility
Chalet Lakeside Haven has convenient parking and a well-lit entrance. However, Please note that the main entrance and indoor layout include stairs, and bathrooms are not accessibility-adapted.
Legal & Safety
Fire bans: Any provincial fire bans override outdoor fire use.
Fire extinguishers: Located in the kitchen and on the lower level in the laundry closet.
Smoke & Carbon Monoxide Alarms: Combination detectors are installed in all bedrooms, both living room areas, and the games room. These are regularly tested for safety. Please do not tamper with or disable them.
PEACE OF MIND DURING YOUR STAY
Your comfort and safety are our top priorities. Chalet Lakeside Haven is equipped with combination smoke and carbon monoxide alarms in every bedroom, both living areas, and the games room. Fire extinguishers are placed in the kitchen and on the lower level laundry closet. For added security, there are outdoor-only cameras at the front, back balcony, and garage. Relax knowing everything is in place for a safe, carefree getaway.
